Tree Processing
Removal of all limbs and branches off the trunk of a fallen tree, cutting logs (bucking), and sorting debris piles by material/size, leaving your yard clean and clear
Brush and Tree Disposal (referral)
Removal of all brush, logs and debris from the property, clean up the work zone and haul-away. Blow or rake any remaining small debris into natural areas.
Tree Removal
We specialize in controlled directional felling, a technique that allows us to safely drop trees exactly where they need to go from the ground. While this method requires adequate clearance, it is an efficient way to clear multiple trees in a single area. We also offer selective tree removal for properties where only specific, problematic trees need to be addressed.
Stump Removal or Grinding
Remove the entire root ball or cut the stump below grade and cover back up with dirt or grind the stump below grade (referral)
Firewood Splitting
Clearing and processing of multiple small to medium trees or shrubs in a given area.
Land Clearing
Split logs from fallen tree(s) into halves and quarters or less, for use as firewood. Stack neatly in a pile for later use.
Tier 1 - Includes Tree Removal and Tree Processing (clean-up included).
Tier 2 - Includes Tree Removal, Tree Processing, and Brush and Tree Disposal (referral) for an extra cost.
Tier 3 - Includes Tree Removal, Tree Processing, Brush and Tree Disposal (referral), and either Stump Removal or a Custom Planter Box over stump for additional cost.

Terms and Conditions of Service
Completion and Force Majeure:
Select Tree Removal LLC shall make reasonable efforts to adhere to scheduled service dates; however, the company shall not be held liable for damages, liquidated or otherwise, resulting from delays caused by inclement weather, equipment failure, or any other force majeure events beyond its reasonable control.
Subsurface Utilities and Underground Property:
Select Tree Removal LLC assumes no liability for damage to underground assets, including but not limited to irrigation systems, drain lines, invisible fences, or utility cables. It is the sole responsibility of the Authorizing Party to provide accurate, physical mapping of all such systems prior to the commencement of work; in the absence of such documentation, the Customer waives all claims for subsurface damages.
Hardscape Integrity (Driveways & Sidewalks):
While Select Tree Removal LLC employs protective measures, the Customer acknowledges that heavy equipment is required for arboricultural operations. Select Tree Removal LLC is not responsible for the repair of driveways, sidewalks, or other hardscapes that crack, settle, or sustain damage due to the weight or transit of machinery.
Turf and Lawn Disturbance:
Felling services inherently involve site disturbance. Select Tree Removal LLC disclaims all responsibility for lawn or turf restoration, including compaction or rutting, unless specific remediation services are expressly outlined and priced within the written estimate or quote.
Collateral Vegetation and Landscape:
Select Tree Removal LLC shall not be held liable for incidental damage to surrounding flora not specified for removal. The Authorizing Party grants Select Tree Removal LLC the discretionary authority to prune any plants or shrubs incidentally damaged during operations to maintain plant health, at no additional cost to the Customer, in lieu of replacement or repair.
Authorization for work performed
By authorizing service, the Customer affirms they possess the legal authority to order the work performed. Should any tree be misidentified regarding ownership, the Customer assumes full liability and agrees to reimburse Select Tree Removal LLC for all resulting damages, attorney fees, and associated costs.
The Authorizing Party acknowledges that the work site constitutes a hazardous zone and agrees to maintain a safe distance from all felling operations. The Authorizing Party assumes full responsibility for ensuring that family members, guests, invitees, pets, and livestock remain strictly outside the designated work area until Select Tree Removal LLC declares the site safe for reentry.
